Confusion in the Ranks

Whenever an artifact, creature, or enchantment enters, its controller chooses target permanent another player controls that shares a card type with it. Exchange control of those permanents.

Possibility Storm

Whenever a player casts a spell from their hand, that player exiles it, then exiles cards from the top of their library until they exile a card that shares a card type with it. That player may cast that card without paying its mana cost. Then they put all cards exiled with Possibility Storm on the bottom of their library in a random order.

Genesis Chamber

Whenever a nontoken creature enters, if Genesis Chamber is untapped, that creature's controller creates a 1/1 colorless Myr artifact creature token.

Grip of Chaos

Whenever a spell or ability is put onto the stack, if it has a single target, reselect its target at random. (Select from among all legal targets.)

Witty Roastmaster

Alliance — Whenever another creature you control enters, Witty Roastmaster deals 1 damage to each opponent.

Molten Gatekeeper

Whenever another creature you control enters, Molten Gatekeeper deals 1 damage to each opponent.
Unearth {R} ({R}: Return this card from your graveyard to the battlefield. It gains haste. Exile it at the beginning of the next end step or if it would leave the battlefield. Unearth only as a sorcery.)

Agate Instigator

Offspring {1}{R} (You may pay an additional {1}{R} as you cast this spell. If you do, when this creature enters, create a 1/1 token copy of it.)
Whenever another creature you control enters, this creature deals 1 damage to each opponent.

Guff Rewrites History

For each player, choose target nonenchantment, nonland permanent that player controls. Those permanents' owners shuffle them into their libraries. Each player who controlled one of those permanents exiles cards from the top of their library until they exile a nonland card, then puts the rest on the bottom of their library in a random order. Each player may cast the nonland card they exiled without paying its mana cost.

Outpost Siege

As Outpost Siege enters, choose Khans or Dragons.
• Khans — At the beginning of your upkeep, exile the top card of your library. Until end of turn, you may play that card.
• Dragons — Whenever a creature you control leaves the battlefield, Outpost Siege deals 1 damage to any target.

Gimli of the Glittering Caves

Double strike
Whenever another legendary creature you control enters, put a +1/+1 counter on Gimli of the Glittering Caves.
Whenever Gimli deals combat damage to a player, create a Treasure token.

General Kreat, the Boltbringer

Whenever one or more Goblins you control attack, create a 1/1 red Goblin creature token that's tapped and attacking.
Whenever another creature you control enters, General Kreat, the Boltbringer deals 1 damage to each opponent.

Irreverent Gremlin

Menace (This creature can't be blocked except by two or more creatures.)
Whenever another creature you control with power 2 or less enters, you may discard a card. If you do, draw a card. Do this only once each turn.

Twinflame Tyrant

If a source you control would deal damage to an opponent or a permanent an opponent controls, it deals double that damage instead.

Magus of the Wheel

{1}{R}, {T}, Sacrifice Magus of the Wheel: Each player discards their hand, then draws seven cards.

Treasure Nabber

Whenever an opponent taps an artifact for mana, gain control of that artifact until the end of your next turn.

Mogg Assassin

{T}: You choose target creature an opponent controls, and that opponent chooses target creature. Flip a coin. If you win the flip, destroy the creature you chose. If you lose the flip, destroy the creature your opponent chose.

Alexios, Deimos of Kosmos

Trample
Alexios, Deimos of Kosmos attacks each combat if able, can't be sacrificed, and can't attack its owner.
At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player gains control of Alexios, untaps it, and puts a +1/+1 counter on it. It gains haste until end of turn.

Wild Magic Surge

Destroy target permanent an opponent controls. Its controller reveals cards from the top of their library until they reveal a permanent card that shares a card type with that permanent. They put that card onto the battlefield and the rest on the bottom of their library in a random order.

Radiate

Choose target instant or sorcery spell that targets only a single permanent or player. Copy that spell for each other permanent or player the spell could target. Each copy targets a different one of those permanents and players.

Valakut Awakening

Put any number of cards from your hand on the bottom of your library, then draw that many cards plus one.

Scrambleverse

For each nonland permanent, choose a player at random. Then each player gains control of each permanent for which they were chosen. Untap those permanents.

Prisoner's Dilemma

Each opponent secretly chooses silence or snitch, then the choices are revealed. If each opponent chose silence, Prisoner's Dilemma deals 4 damage to each of them. If each opponent chose snitch, Prisoner's Dilemma deals 8 damage to each of them. Otherwise, Prisoner's Dilemma deals 12 damage to each opponent who chose silence.

Chef's Kiss

Gain control of target spell that targets only a single permanent or player. Copy it, then reselect the targets at random for the spell and the copy. The new targets can't be you or a permanent you control.

Mages' Contest

You and target spell's controller bid life. You start the bidding with a bid of 1. In turn order, each player may top the high bid. The bidding ends if the high bid stands. The high bidder loses life equal to the high bid. If you win the bidding, counter that spell.

Puppet's Verdict

Flip a coin. If you win the flip, destroy all creatures with power 2 or less. If you lose the flip, destroy all creatures with power 3 or greater.

Red Elemental Blast

Choose one —
• Counter target blue spell.
• Destroy target blue permanent.

Tibalt's Trickery

Counter target spell. Choose 1, 2, or 3 at random. Its controller mills that many cards, then exiles cards from the top of their library until they exile a nonland card with a different name than that spell. They may cast that card without paying its mana cost. Then they put the exiled cards on the bottom of their library in a random order.

Vandalblast

Destroy target artifact you don't control.
Overload {4}{R} (You may cast this spell for its overload cost. If you do, change "target" in its text to "each.")

Thieves' Auction

Exile all nontoken permanents. Starting with you, each player chooses one of the exiled cards and puts it onto the battlefield tapped under their control. Repeat this process until all cards exiled this way have been chosen.

Mob Verdict

Secret council — Each player secretly votes for another player, then those votes are revealed. For each vote an opponent received, Mob Verdict deals 2 damage to that player and each creature that player controls. For each vote you received, draw a card.

Fiery Gambit

Flip a coin until you lose a flip or choose to stop flipping. If you lose a flip, Fiery Gambit has no effect. If you win one or more flips, Fiery Gambit deals 3 damage to target creature. If you win two or more flips, Fiery Gambit deals 6 damage to each opponent. If you win three or more flips, draw nine cards and untap all lands you control.

Ruby Medallion

Red spells you cast cost {1} less to cast.

Chain Reaction

Chain Reaction deals X damage to each creature, where X is the number of creatures on the battlefield.

Illicit Auction

Each player may bid life for control of target creature. You start the bidding with a bid of 0. In turn order, each player may top the high bid. The bidding ends if the high bid stands. The high bidder loses life equal to the high bid and gains control of the creature. (This effect lasts indefinitely.)

Wand of Wonder

{4}, {T}: Roll a d20. Each opponent exiles cards from the top of their library until they exile an instant or sorcery card, then shuffles the rest into their library. You may cast up to X instant and/or sorcery spells from among cards exiled this way without paying their mana costs.
1—9 | X is one.
10—19 | X is two.
20 | X is three.

Omen Machine

Players can't draw cards.
At the beginning of each player's draw step, that player exiles the top card of their library. If it's a land card, the player puts it onto the battlefield. Otherwise, the player casts it without paying its mana cost if able.

Chaos Wand

{4}, {T}: Target opponent exiles cards from the top of their library until they exile an instant or sorcery card. You may cast that card without paying its mana cost. Then put the exiled cards that weren't cast this way on the bottom of that library in a random order.

Spiked Corridor

When you unlock this door, create three 1/1 red Devil creature tokens with "When this creature dies, it deals 1 damage to any target."
(You may cast either half. That door unlocks on the battlefield. As a sorcery, you may pay the mana cost of a locked door to unlock it.)

Torture Pit

If a source you control would deal noncombat damage to an opponent, it deals that much damage plus 2 instead.

Powerbalance

Whenever an opponent casts a spell, you may reveal the top card of your library. If you do, you may cast that card without paying its mana cost if the two spells have the same mana value.

Risky Move

At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player gains control of Risky Move.
When you gain control of Risky Move from another player, choose a creature you control and an opponent. Flip a coin. If you lose the flip, that opponent gains control of that creature.

Dwarven Mine

Dwarven Mine enters tapped unless you control three or more other Mountains.
When Dwarven Mine enters untapped, create a 1/1 red Dwarf creature token.

Arcane Signet

{T}: Add one mana of any color in your commander's color identity.

Sol Ring

If an artifact or creature entering causes a triggered ability of a permanent you control to trigger, that ability triggers an additional time.

Game of Chaos

Flip a coin. If you win the flip, you gain 1 life and target opponent loses 1 life, and you decide whether to flip again. If you lose the flip, you lose 1 life and that opponent gains 1 life, and that player decides whether to flip again. Double the life stakes with each flip.

Impact Tremors

Whenever a creature you control enters, this enchantment deals 1 damage to each opponent.

Ojer Axonil, Deepest Might

Trample
If a red source you control would deal an amount of noncombat damage less than Ojer Axonil's power to an opponent, that source deals damage equal to Ojer Axonil's power instead.
When Ojer Axonil dies, return it to the battlefield tapped and transformed under its owner's control.

If a red source you control would deal damage to an opponent or a permanent an opponent controls, it deals that much damage plus 2 instead.

Mirror March

Whenever a nontoken creature you control enters, flip a coin until you lose a flip. For each flip you won, create a token that's a copy of that creature. Those tokens gain haste. Exile them at the beginning of the next end step.

Krark's Thumb

If you would flip a coin, instead flip two coins and ignore one.

Reverberate

Copy target instant or sorcery spell. You may choose new targets for the copy.

Stolen Strategy

At the beginning of your upkeep, exile the top card of each opponent's library. Until end of turn, you may cast spells from among those exiled cards, and you may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast those spells.

Teferi's Puzzle Box

At the beginning of each player's draw step, that player puts the cards in their hand on the bottom of their library in any order, then draws that many cards.

Each player secretly chooses a number 0 or greater, then all players reveal those numbers simultaneously and determine the highest and lowest numbers revealed this way. Wheel of Misfortune deals damage equal to the highest number to each player who chose that number. Each player who didn't choose the lowest number discards their hand, then draws seven cards.

Whenever a Mountain you control enters, if you control at least five other Mountains, you may have Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle deal 3 damage to any target.

Each player puts all artifact, creature, and land cards revealed this way onto the battlefield, then does the same for enchantment cards, then puts all cards revealed this way that weren't put onto the battlefield on the bottom of their library.

Rite of the Raging Storm

Creatures named Lightning Rager can't attack you or planeswalkers you control.
At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player creates a 5/1 red Elemental creature token named Lightning Rager. It has trample, haste, and "At the beginning of the end step, sacrifice this creature."

Norin the Wary

When a player casts a spell or a creature attacks, exile Norin the Wary. Return it to the battlefield under its owner's control at the beginning of the next end step.
