Neyam Shai Murad

Rogue Trader — Whenever Neyam Shai Murad deals combat damage to a player, you may have that player return target permanent card from their graveyard to their hand. If you do, that player chooses a permanent card in your graveyard, then you put it onto the battlefield under your control.

Bloodcurdler

At the beginning of your upkeep, mill a card.
Threshold — As long as seven or more cards are in your graveyard, Bloodcurdler gets +1/+1 and has "At the beginning of your end step, exile two cards from your graveyard."

Cemetery Tampering

Hideaway 5 (When this enchantment enters, look at the top five cards of your library, exile one face down, then put the rest on the bottom in a random order.)
At the beginning of your upkeep, you may mill three cards. Then if there are twenty or more cards in your graveyard, you may play the exiled card without paying its mana cost.

Decaying Soil

At the beginning of your upkeep, exile a card from your graveyard.
Threshold — As long as seven or more cards are in your graveyard, Decaying Soil has "Whenever a nontoken creature is put into your graveyard from the battlefield, you may pay {1}. If you do, return that card to your hand."

At the beginning of your upkeep, exile two cards from your graveyard. If you can't, sacrifice Egon and draw a card.

Throne of Death

At the beginning of your upkeep, mill a card.

This spell costs {1} less to cast for each creature card in your graveyard.
Exile target creature or planeswalker.

Séance

At the beginning of each upkeep, you may exile target creature card from your graveyard. If you do, create a token that's a copy of that card, except it's a Spirit in addition to its other types. Exile it at the beginning of the next end step.

Funeral Rites

You draw two cards, lose 2 life, then mill two cards.

Martyr's Bond

Whenever Martyr's Bond or another nonland permanent you control is put into a graveyard from the battlefield, each opponent sacrifices a permanent of their choice that shares a card type with it.

Out of the Tombs

At the beginning of your upkeep, put two eon counters on Out of the Tombs, then mill cards equal to the number of eon counters on it.
If you would draw a card while your library has no cards in it, instead return a creature card from your graveyard to the battlefield. If you can't, you lose the game.

Intimidate (This creature can't be blocked except by artifact creatures and/or creatures that share a color with it.)
{X}{B}: Put target artifact or creature card with mana value X from an opponent's graveyard onto the battlefield under your control tapped. Then that player mills X cards.

{B}, Sacrifice another creature: Target player mills three cards.
Pay 1 life: Add {C}. Spend this mana only to cast a spell from your graveyard.

If damage would be dealt to you, prevent that damage and mill twice that many cards.

Atrocious Experiment

Target player mills two cards, draws two cards, and loses 2 life. (To mill a card, a player puts the top card of their library into their graveyard.)

Dread Summons

Each player mills X cards. For each creature card put into a graveyard this way, you create a tapped 2/2 black Zombie creature token. (To mill a card, a player puts the top card of their library into their graveyard.)

Braids, Arisen Nightmare

At the beginning of your end step, you may sacrifice an artifact, creature, enchantment, land, or planeswalker. If you do, each opponent may sacrifice a permanent of their choice that shares a card type with it. For each opponent who doesn't, that player loses 2 life and you draw a card.

Sivriss, Nightmare Speaker

{T}, Sacrifice another creature or an artifact: For each opponent, you mill a card, then return that card from your graveyard to your hand unless that player pays 3 life. (To mill a card, put the top card of your library into your graveyard.)
