Gandalf's Sanction

Gandalf's Sanction deals X damage to target creature, where X is the number of instant and sorcery cards in your graveyard. Excess damage is dealt to that creature's controller instead.

Chromeshell Crab

Morph {4}{U} (You may cast this card face down as a 2/2 creature for {3}. Turn it face up any time for its morph cost.)
When Chromeshell Crab is turned face up, you may exchange control of target creature you control and target creature an opponent controls.

Confusion in the Ranks

Whenever an artifact, creature, or enchantment enters, its controller chooses target permanent another player controls that shares a card type with it. Exchange control of those permanents.

Role Reversal

Exchange control of two target permanents that share a permanent type.

Puca's Mischief

At the beginning of your upkeep, you may exchange control of target nonland permanent you control and target nonland permanent an opponent controls with equal or lesser mana value.

Reins of Power

Untap all creatures you control and all creatures target opponent controls. You and that opponent each gain control of all creatures the other controls until end of turn. Those creatures gain haste until end of turn.

Identity Thief

Whenever Identity Thief attacks, you may exile another target nontoken creature. If you do, Identity Thief becomes a copy of that creature until end of turn. Return the exiled card to the battlefield under its owner's control at the beginning of the next end step.

Modify Memory

Exchange control of two target creatures controlled by different players. If you control neither creature, draw three cards.

Exchange control of two target creatures.

Visions of Duplicity

Exchange control of two target creatures you don't control.
Flashback {8}{U}{U}. This spell costs {X} less to cast this way, where X is the greatest mana value of a commander you own on the battlefield or in the command zone. (You may cast this card from your graveyard for its flashback cost. Then exile it.)

Gale, Waterdeep Prodigy

Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell from your hand, you may cast up to one target card of the other type from your graveyard. If a spell cast from your graveyard this way would be put into your graveyard, exile it instead.

Mnemonic Deluge

Exile target instant or sorcery card from a graveyard. Copy that card three times. You may cast the copies without paying their mana costs. Exile Mnemonic Deluge.

Legerdemain

Exchange control of target artifact or creature and another target permanent that shares one of those types with it. (This effect lasts indefinitely.)

Order of Succession

Choose left or right. Starting with you and proceeding in the chosen direction, each player chooses a creature controlled by the next player in that direction. Each player gains control of the creature they chose.

Shifting Loyalties

Exchange control of two target permanents that share a card type. (Artifact, creature, enchantment, land, and planeswalker are card types.)

Sudden Substitution

Split second (As long as this spell is on the stack, players can't cast spells or activate abilities that aren't mana abilities.)
Exchange control of target noncreature spell and target creature. Then the spell's controller may choose new targets for it.

Creative Technique

Demonstrate (When you cast this spell, you may copy it. If you do, choose an opponent to also copy it.)
Shuffle your library, then reveal cards from the top of it until you reveal a nonland card. Exile that card and put the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order. You may cast the exiled card without paying its mana cost.

Gandalf the Grey

Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell, choose one that hasn't been chosen —
• You may tap or untap target permanent.
• Gandalf the Grey deals 3 damage to each opponent.
• Copy target instant or sorcery spell you control. You may choose new targets for the copy.
• Put Gandalf on top of its owner's library.

Gandalf, Friend of the Shire

Flash
You may cast sorcery spells as though they had flash.
Whenever the Ring tempts you, if you chose a creature other than Gandalf, Friend of the Shire as your Ring-bearer, draw a card.

Mystifying Maze

{T}: Add {C}.
{4}, {T}: Exile target attacking creature an opponent controls. At the beginning of the next end step, return it to the battlefield tapped under its owner's control.

Replication Technique

Demonstrate (When you cast this spell, you may copy it. If you do, choose an opponent to also copy it. Players may choose new targets for their copies.)
Create a token that's a copy of target permanent you control.

Arcane Proxy

Prototype {1}{U}{U} — 2/1 (You may cast this spell with different mana cost, color, and size. It keeps its abilities and types.)
When Arcane Proxy enters, if you cast it, exile target instant or sorcery card with mana value less than or equal to Arcane Proxy's power from your graveyard. Copy that card. You may cast the copy without paying its mana cost.

When Ardent Elementalist enters, return target instant or sorcery card from your graveyard to your hand.

When Izzet Chronarch enters, return target instant or sorcery card from your graveyard to your hand.

Lier, Disciple of the Drowned

Spells can't be countered.
Each instant and sorcery card in your graveyard has flashback. The flashback cost is equal to that card's mana cost.

Spelltwine

Exile target instant or sorcery card from your graveyard and target instant or sorcery card from an opponent's graveyard. Copy those cards. Cast the copies if able without paying their mana costs. Exile Spelltwine.

Invoke Calamity

You may cast up to two instant and/or sorcery spells with total mana value 6 or less from your graveyard and/or hand without paying their mana costs. If those spells would be put into your graveyard, exile them instead. Exile Invoke Calamity.

Arcane Bombardment

Whenever you cast your first instant or sorcery spell each turn, exile an instant or sorcery card at random from your graveyard. Then copy each card exiled with Arcane Bombardment. You may cast any number of the copies without paying their mana costs.

Meneldor, Swift Savior

Flying
Whenever Meneldor, Swift Savior deals combat damage to a player, exile up to one target creature you own, then return it to the battlefield under your control.

Voidwalk

Exile target creature. Return it to the battlefield under its owner's control at the beginning of the next end step.
Cipher (Then you may exile this spell card encoded on a creature you control. Whenever that creature deals combat damage to a player, its controller may cast a copy of the encoded card without paying its mana cost.)

Scholar of the Ages

When Scholar of the Ages enters, return up to two target instant and/or sorcery cards from your graveyard to your hand.

Hive Mind

Whenever a player casts an instant or sorcery spell, each other player copies that spell. Each of those players may choose new targets for their copy.
