Agent of Treachery

When Agent of Treachery enters the battlefield, gain control of target permanent.
At the beginning of your end step, if you control three or more permanents you don't own, draw three cards.

Uba Mask

If a player would draw a card, that player exiles that card face up instead.
Each player may play lands and cast spells from among cards they exiled with Uba Mask this turn.
