Twists and Turns

If a creature you control would explore, instead you scry 1, then that creature explores.
When Twists and Turns enters, target creature you control explores.
When a land you control enters, if you control seven or more lands, transform Twists and Turns.

Tide Shaper

When Tide Shaper enters, if it was kicked, target land becomes an Island for as long as Tide Shaper remains on the battlefield.
Tide Shaper gets +1/+1 as long as an opponent controls an Island.

Triton Fortune Hunter

Heroic — Whenever you cast a spell that targets Triton Fortune Hunter, draw a card.

Nicanzil, Current Conductor

Whenever a creature you control explores a land card, you may put a land card from your hand onto the battlefield tapped.
Whenever a creature you control explores a nonland card, put a +1/+1 counter on Nicanzil, Current Conductor.

Deeproot Champion

Whenever you cast a noncreature spell, put a +1/+1 counter on Deeproot Champion.

Augur of Bolas

When Augur of Bolas enters, look at the top three cards of your library. You may reveal an instant or sorcery card from among them and put it into your hand. Put the rest on the bottom of your library in any order.

Merfolk Branchwalker

When Merfolk Branchwalker enters, it explores. (Reveal the top card of your library. Put that card into your hand if it's a land. Otherwise, put a +1/+1 counter on this creature, then put the card back or put it into your graveyard.)

Jadelight Spelunker

When Jadelight Spelunker enters, it explores X times. (To have it explore, reveal the top card of your library. Put that card into your hand if it's a land. Otherwise, put a +1/+1 counter on that creature, then put the card back or put it into your graveyard.)

Deeproot Elite

Whenever another Merfolk you control enters, put a +1/+1 counter on target Merfolk you control.

Aquitect's Will

Put a flood counter on target land. That land is an Island in addition to its other types for as long as it has a flood counter on it. If you control a Merfolk, draw a card.

Harbinger of the Tides

You may cast Harbinger of the Tides as though it had flash if you pay {2} more to cast it. (You may cast it any time you could cast an instant.)
When Harbinger of the Tides enters, you may return target tapped creature an opponent controls to its owner's hand.

River Herald Scout

When River Herald Scout enters, it explores. (Reveal the top card of your library. Put that card into your hand if it's a land. Otherwise, put a +1/+1 counter on this creature, then put the card back or put it into your graveyard.)

Stonybrook Banneret

Islandwalk (This creature can't be blocked as long as defending player controls an Island.)

Merfolk Mistbinder

Tidebinder Mage

When Tidebinder Mage enters, tap target red or green creature an opponent controls. That creature doesn't untap during its controller's untap step for as long as you control Tidebinder Mage.

Cold-Eyed Selkie

Islandwalk (This creature can't be blocked as long as defending player controls an Island.)
Whenever Cold-Eyed Selkie deals combat damage to a player, you may draw that many cards.

Kopala, Warden of Waves

Spells your opponents cast that target a Merfolk you control cost {2} more to cast.
Abilities your opponents activate that target a Merfolk you control cost {2} more to activate.

Jadelight Ranger

When Jadelight Ranger enters, it explores, then it explores again. (Reveal the top card of your library. Put that card into your hand if it's a land. Otherwise, put a +1/+1 counter on this creature, then put the card back or put it into your graveyard. Then repeat this process.)

Singer of Swift Rivers

Flash
When Singer of Swift Rivers enters, put a shield counter on another target creature you control. (If it would be dealt damage or destroyed, remove a shield counter from it instead.)
You may cast Merfolk spells as though they had flash.

Svyelun of Sea and Sky

Svyelun of Sea and Sky has indestructible as long as you control at least two other Merfolk.
Whenever Svyelun attacks, draw a card.
Other Merfolk you control have ward {1}. (Whenever another Merfolk you control becomes the target of a spell or ability an opponent controls, counter it unless that player pays {1}.)

Swift Warden

Flash
When Swift Warden enters, target Merfolk you control gains hexproof until end of turn. (It can't be the target of spells or abilities your opponents control.)

Talrand, Sky Summoner

Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell, create a 2/2 blue Drake creature token with flying.

Cenote Scout

When Cenote Scout enters, it explores. (Reveal the top card of your library. Put that card into your hand if it's a land. Otherwise, put a +1/+1 counter on this creature, then put the card back or put it into your graveyard.)

Merrow Reejerey

Other Merfolk creatures you control get +1/+1.
Whenever you cast a Merfolk spell, you may tap or untap target permanent.

Selkie Hedge-Mage

When Selkie Hedge-Mage enters, if you control two or more Forests, you may gain 3 life.
When Selkie Hedge-Mage enters, if you control two or more Islands, you may return target tapped creature to its owner's hand.

Merfolk Sovereign

Other Merfolk creatures you control get +1/+1.
{T}: Target Merfolk creature can't be blocked this turn.

Silvergill Adept

As an additional cost to cast this spell, reveal a Merfolk card from your hand or pay {3}.
When Silvergill Adept enters, draw a card.

Emperor Mihail II

You may look at the top card of your library any time.
You may cast Merfolk spells from the top of your library.
