When you planeswalk away from Norn's Dominion, destroy each nonland permanent without a fate counter on it, then remove all fate counters from all permanents.
Whenever chaos ensues, you may put a fate counter on target permanent.

Norn's Seedcore

When you planeswalk to Norn's Seedcore, chaos ensues.
Whenever chaos ensues, reveal cards from the top of your planar deck until you reveal a plane card. Planeswalk to it, except don't planeswalk away from any plane. Put the rest of the revealed cards on the bottom of your planar deck in any order.

Pompeii

When you planeswalk to Pompeii and at the beginning of your upkeep, put an eruption counter on it.
Whenever you roll a blank on the planar die, scry 2. Then put an eruption counter on Pompeii.

The first spell you cast during each of your turns with mana value 2 or greater has cascade. (When you cast that spell, exile cards from the top of your library until you exile a nonland card that costs less. You may cast it without paying its mana cost. Put the exiled cards on the bottom in a random order.)
When chaos ensues, gain control of target artifact. Then planeswalk.

Tember City

Whenever a player taps a land for mana, Tember City deals 1 damage to that player.
Whenever chaos ensues, each other player sacrifices a nonland permanent of their choice.

The Fertile Lands of Saulvinia

Whenever a player taps a land for mana, that player adds one mana of any type that land produced.
Whenever chaos ensues, reveal cards from the top of your planar deck until you reveal a plane card. Chaos ensues on that plane. Then put all cards revealed this way on the bottom of your planar deck in any order.

Unleash the Flux

When you encounter Unleash the Flux, each player sacrifices a nonland permanent of their choice, then you flip a coin. If you lose the flip, repeat this process. (Then planeswalk away from this phenomenon.)

Chaotic Aether

When you encounter Chaotic Aether, each blank roll of the planar die is a {CHAOS} roll until a player planeswalks away from a plane. (Then planeswalk away from this phenomenon.)

Planewide Disaster

When you encounter Planewide Disaster, destroy all creatures. (Then planeswalk away from this phenomenon.)

Fixed Point in Time

When you encounter Fixed Point in Time, until your next turn, if a player would planeswalk as a result of rolling the planar die, chaos ensues instead. (Then planeswalk away from this phenomenon.)

Pools of Becoming

At the beginning of your end step, put the cards in your hand on the bottom of your library in any order, then draw that many cards.
Whenever chaos ensues, reveal the top three cards of your planar deck. Each of the revealed cards' chaos abilities triggers. Then put the revealed cards on the bottom of your planar deck in any order.

Glimmervoid Basin

Whenever a player casts an instant or sorcery spell with a single target, that player copies that spell for each other spell, permanent, card not on the battlefield, and/or player the spell could target. Each copy targets a different one of them.
Whenever chaos ensues, choose target creature. Each player except that creature's controller creates a token that's a copy of that creature.

Izzet Steam Maze

Whenever a player casts an instant or sorcery spell, that player copies it. The player may choose new targets for the copy.
Whenever chaos ensues, instant and sorcery spells you cast this turn cost {3} less to cast.

The Aether Flues

When you planeswalk to The Aether Flues and at the beginning of your upkeep, you may sacrifice a creature. If you do, reveal cards from the top of your library until you reveal a creature card, put that card onto the battlefield, then shuffle all other cards revealed this way into your library.
Whenever chaos ensues, you may put a creature card from your hand onto the battlefield.

Nephalia

At the beginning of your end step, mill seven cards. Then return a card at random from your graveyard to your hand.
Whenever chaos ensues, return target card from your graveyard to your hand.

Aretopolis

When you planeswalk to Aretopolis and at the beginning of your upkeep, put a scroll counter on Aretopolis, then you gain life equal to the number of scroll counters on it.
When Aretopolis has ten or more scroll counters on it, planeswalk.
Whenever chaos ensues, put a scroll counter on Aretopolis, then draw cards equal to the number of scroll counters on it.

Orzhova

When you planeswalk away from Orzhova, each player returns all creature cards from their graveyard to the battlefield.
