Whenever you cast a noncreature spell you don't own, create two tapped Treasure tokens.

Hostage Taker

When Hostage Taker enters, exile another target creature or artifact until Hostage Taker leaves the battlefield. You may cast that card for as long as it remains exiled, and mana of any type can be spent to cast that spell.

Agitator Ant

At the beginning of your end step, each player may put two +1/+1 counters on a creature they control. Goad each creature that had counters put on it this way. (Until your next turn, those creatures attack each combat if able and attack a player other than you if able.)

Xanathar, Guild Kingpin

At the beginning of your upkeep, choose target opponent. Until end of turn, that player can't cast spells, you may look at the top card of their library any time, you may play the top card of their library, and you may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast spells this way.

When Ramirez DePietro, Pillager enters, you lose 2 life and create two Treasure tokens.
Whenever one or more Pirates you control deal combat damage to a player, exile the top card of that player's library. You may cast that card for as long as it remains exiled.

Captivating Crew

{3}{R}: Gain control of target creature an opponent controls until end of turn. Untap that creature. It gains haste until end of turn. Activate only as a sorcery.

Creatures you control are every creature type. The same is true for creature spells you control and creature cards you own that aren't on the battlefield.

Other Pirates you control get +1/+1.
At the beginning of your end step, gain control of target nonland permanent controlled by a player who was dealt combat damage by three or more Pirates this turn.

Roaming Throne is the chosen type in addition to its other types.
If a triggered ability of another creature you control of the chosen type triggers, it triggers an additional time.

Zealous Conscripts

Haste
When Zealous Conscripts enters, gain control of target permanent until end of turn. Untap that permanent. It gains haste until end of turn.

Coercive Recruiter

Whenever Coercive Recruiter or another Pirate you control enters, gain control of target creature until end of turn. Untap that creature. Until end of turn, it gains haste and becomes a Pirate in addition to its other types.

Cruelclaw's Heist

Gift a card (You may promise an opponent a gift as you cast this spell. If you do, they draw a card before its other effects.)
Target opponent reveals their hand. You choose a nonland card from it. Exile that card. If the gift was promised, you may cast that card for as long as it remains exiled, and mana of any type can be spent to cast it.

Breeches, Brazen Plunderer

Whenever one or more Pirates you control deal damage to your opponents, exile the top card of each of those opponents' libraries. You may play those cards this turn, and you may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast those spells.

Firbolg Flutist

Enthralling Performance — When Firbolg Flutist enters, gain control of target creature you don't control until end of turn. Untap it. It gains haste and myriad until end of turn. (Whenever it attacks, for each opponent other than defending player, you may create a token copy that's tapped and attacking that player or a planeswalker they control. Exile the tokens at end of combat.)

Merchant Raiders

Whenever Merchant Raiders or another Pirate you control enters, tap up to one target creature. That creature doesn't untap during its controller's untap step for as long as you control Merchant Raiders.

Arcane Heist

You may cast target instant or sorcery card from an opponent's graveyard without paying its mana cost. If that spell would be put into their graveyard, exile it instead.
Cipher (Then you may exile this spell card encoded on a creature you control. Whenever that creature deals combat damage to a player, its controller may cast a copy of the encoded card without paying its mana cost.)

Inevitable Betrayal

Suspend 3—{1}{U}{U} (Rather than cast this card from your hand, pay {1}{U}{U} and exile it with three time counters on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a time counter. When the last is removed, you may cast it without paying its mana cost.)

Revel in Riches

Whenever a creature an opponent controls dies, create a Treasure token. (It's an artifact with "{T}, Sacrifice this artifact: Add one mana of any color.")
At the beginning of your upkeep, if you control ten or more Treasures, you win the game.

Plargg and Nassari

At the beginning of your upkeep, each player exiles cards from the top of their library until they exile a nonland card. An opponent chooses a nonland card exiled this way. You may cast up to two spells from among the other cards exiled this way without paying their mana costs.

Fallen Shinobi

Whenever Fallen Shinobi deals combat damage to a player, that player exiles the top two cards of their library. Until end of turn, you may play those cards without paying their mana costs.

Gain control of X target creatures and/or planeswalkers.

Bribery

Search target opponent's library for a creature card and put that card onto the battlefield under your control. Then that player shuffles.

+1: Each opponent loses 2 life and you gain 2 life. Put a corruption counter on up to one other target creature or planeswalker.
−3: Gain control of target creature or planeswalker until end of turn. Untap it and put a corruption counter on it. It gains haste until end of turn.
−7: Gain control of each permanent with a corruption counter on it.

Come Back Wrong

Destroy target creature. If a creature card is put into a graveyard this way, return it to the battlefield under your control. Sacrifice it at the beginning of your next end step.
