{"ops":[{"insert":"This deck uses Amazing Spider-Man’s web-slinging ability to cheat in powerful creatures at instant speed, creating a reactive, tempo-oriented playstyle. We use multiple flash enablers (like Teferi, Gandalf, and Heliod) along with built-in flash legends to keep our opponents on edge, as anything could pop out at instant speed and punish even a moment of greed. Thanks to Spider-Man bouncing to hand and blink effects (like Yorion and Abdel Adrian), the deck continuously reuses its ETB triggers for massive value, and can even create a psuedo-Teferi's Protection with an instant speed sling. \n\nRamp creatures (Arboreal Grazer is a gem here) and mana engines set up early webs, while protection pieces like Saryth, Masako, and Avacyn’s Memorial keep the board safe. Once established, the deck pivots into explosive value, dropping threats such as Elesh Norn, Jin-Gitaxias, or the Myojin cycle to take over the battlefield when our opponents are distracted. \n\nIn essence, it’s a reactive midrange deck that thrives on flexibility. Holding up mana, responding with threats at instant speed, and holding back on interaction (preserving our value) to jumpscare the table!\n"}]}

{"ops":[{"insert":"On its surface, this deck is one of the most well known archetypes in Magic; Izzet Spellslinger. Cast instants and sorcery spells for value while impacting the board; we've seen it before. However, aboard this pirate ship hides a barrel of fun! Or monkeys, maybe it was monkeys... why not both?\nPlay this deck as predictable as it will be in the early game. Then, when the time is right, tutor or recur one of the few Legend-Rule nullifying cards like Mirror Box using cards like Buried Ruin, Trash for Treasure, or good old Fabricate. Then, while your opponents are looking on confused, try and trigger your commanders ability on each players turn to get multiple first mate Ragavan tokens. From there, cast some copy spells on him, or even on your commander for more triggers and more monkeys, fueled with cards like Battle Hymm or Relic of Legends. Close out the game from there with cards like Shared Animosity or Tetsuko Umezawa Fugitive and leave your opponents scratching their heads. With all these primates, you'll be flinging more than spells at your opponents :)\n"}]}

{"ops":[{"insert":"It's an elf-druid tribal looking to pull the most stupid combo I ever conceived. Basically abusing the Formless Genesis changeling ability with any cards that care about type but do not specify \"creature\". It can be tutored up with elvish harbinger or treefolk harbinger, the cost can be reduced with ancient cellarspawn, starnheim aspirant, or knight of the stampede. Then cards like seton, krosan protector or heritage druid make it so we can recast the genesis using the tokens we make (best case scenario we'll have either a token doubler or Dionus, elvish archdruid out to make sure we still can use our guys to attack). Necrobloom garantees we always have lands in hand to pay for the retrace cost of the genesis, but the main idea is to just use haakon to cast it from or graveyard without worrying about decking ourselves. Top it off with the skeletal swarming to make the tokens huge and attack with hundreds of trample skeletons for the win.\n"}]}

During the combat phase, your opponents must choose to either block & take damage from your afflicted creatures or take the brunt of the attack. Once that phase ends, you can either summon a creature with a raid ability (or trigger a creature on the field), which will either target the opponent's health or remaining creatures, or allow you to play other cards in your library. All face-down cards are considered 0-cost, so any creature with with a 1 or greater cost entering can get it back to my hand. This essentially can turn every manifest dread into potential draw, mana ramp if i manifested a land and need it back, or didn't turn something that could flip itself up, as well as ways to cheat high-cost permanents out through other flip effects. Plenty of entering/leaving the battlefield bonuses, and lots of scry to make sure I hit something REALLY scary.\n"}]}

JUMPSCARE! STORM
Created by: yung-lamb

{"ops":[{"insert":"This Ruric-Thar, the Unbowed deck looks to JUMPSCARE! your opponents by first appearing as a typical gruul creature stompy deck, then suddenly transitioning into a storm wincon while our Ruric-Thar deters interaction from our opponents. The deck is aiming to be at the higher end of bracket three since we have some 2 card combos that can take quite a bit of mana to get to. Our three included game changers are: Jeska's Will, Crop Rotation, and Underworld Breach. \n\nYou may be asking, \"how can we accomplish a storm turn while we have a Ruric-Thar out\"? Well, we have included several ways to to give Ruric-Thar lifelink (Witch's Clinic, Shadowspear, and Loxodon Warhammer to name a few). Once our Ruric-Thar has lifelink, we can storm off without fear of his triggers killing us, this also allows us to use Ruric-Thar as a way to deter interaction from our opponents with his triggers.\n\nDuring our storm turn, we will look to use non-conventional rituals such as Battle Hymn, Early Harvest, Vitalize, and Mobilize to untap all of our mana dorks/lands to generate mana (we also have a few classic rituals such as Mana Geyser, Seething Song, and Jeska's Will). To draw cards during our storm turn we will utilize Ruric-Thar's high power/toughness to enable cards such as Lifestream's Blessing, Rishkar's Expertise, etc. In order to keep going after depleting our resources, we will use cards such as Regrowth to get back our rituals and card draw. We will additionally use classic storm cards like Mizzix's Mastery, Underworld Breach, and Past in Flames to re-use our previously cast spells. Finally, to win during our storm turn, we will use one of 4 ways to win. \n\t1. Infinite recursion of our spells via infinite mana/copying with Reiterate/Mana Geyser \n\t2. Similar recursion using Bonus Round, Regrowth (or similar), and Rituals. \n\t3. The classic, Aetherflux Reserviour. \n\t4. Stormsplitter + storming off.\n\nI'd also like to point out the all-star card of the deck: Bonus Round. After we have cast bonus round, our storm turns become trivially easy, all of our Big Score/Manamorphose/Nature's Lore type effects become mana-neutral or mana-positive. If we are lucky enough to copy either Bonus Round or our Big Score's with Fork, Reiterate, etc. we can actually generate mana while we draw cards!\n\nThank you for taking the time to read my submission! I hope you're able to JUMPSCARE! all your friends this Halloween season with this sPoOkY Ruric-Thar storm deck!\n\n\n"}]}

Spirited Away
