She is a well designed political and pseudo group-hug commander who requires a unique build-around in order to take advantage of the exceptional value she provides. I tend to lean toward creature-based strategies, and this is a great creature-focused control strategy which you don't see often--and in great colors to facilitate it. I think it's important, first off, to realize that she is not a symmetrical group hug commander; you are not giving extra cards to every other player indiscriminately. Rather, we are often giving cards to the players that are behind or who are going to dig for removal to help deal with the archenemy. This makes the deck more political compared to a vanilla group-hug style deck, and I believe this flexibility is much more powerful. Keeping struggling players in the game is often beneficial to us so we are not getting focused and the other players have to keep each other in check as well. The other thing we have to accept is that giving cards to your opponents is inherently bad, so it is paramount that we can take advantage of the +1 counters and flying and, ideally, get the draw trigger ourselves. \n\n\tMy approach to this commander is essentially three-fold. Firstly, keep the mana curve low so that we can reliably start playing two things a turn at 5 mana--that way we can cash in on the draw from Ms. B. Second, always have excellent +1 counter targets outside of Ms. B, particularly some with Vigilance so that they can both swing and rack up chip damage as well as remain as big defenders so we are not open to counterattack. And third, we have as many low cmc instants and cards with flash so that we can cache in on the draw from Ms. B on other player's turns--particularly stacking a cantrip/etc on top of a counterspell or piece of control to get the double draw trigger. While we play, the goal is to sculpt a hand with excellent control so that we can get down to the 1v1 and win with overwhelming answers while we beat down our opponents. The win conditions I've chosen for the deck make this plan easier to accomplish as well. \n\n\tWith these thoughts in mind, most of the categories are pretty self-explanatory. Ramp, draw and removal are requirements in any deck; however, here we leaned heavy into the control and low cmc instant speed interaction so we can stack two spells on an opponent's turn to access Ms. B's draw trigger for ourselves. Of course, I run as many of the fun \"+1 counters matters\" type cards for flavor and to keep the deck from abusing typical staples--although I have made the deck pretty high power so it runs a lot of strong cards. Then we have the big creature base, which focuses on Vigilance and other keywords to make our creatures very solid and efficient attackers/blockers that get bigger over time. The \"Storm count 2\" section is there so that we can tack on a spell to one of our counterspells or removal spells in order to get the Ms. B activation. The draw section is a bit small, mostly because we should be caching in on the draw from our commander consistently after T5; and, because she is giving cards to our opponents, we are hoping she doesn't eat removal often although the archenemy may get tired of us helping out the other players and murder her eventually. \n\n\tWinning often comes from combat with our beaters and occasional commander damage kills with Ms. B, but the main dedicated win condition is "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Triumph of the Hordes"}},{"insert":". I like this spell in this deck because you need a way to close out the game, and we can often fly over the top of blockers and take out a player or two with the poison. If a player is fully tapped out and you need to get the power on your board higher then you can storm out as many spells as possible while giving that player the draw from Ms. B; just make sure that player dies before they can untap! \n\n\tThis deck has performed incredibly well in my high power playgroup. I draw an insane amount of cards, while simultaneously putting pressure on the board and controlling what the other players are able to do. There is almost always someone at the table that I can afford to give cards to without feeling too worried. The emphasis on instant speed interaction means the deck has a high skill ceiling and it always feels like I have an answer; and, since my playgroup knows this, they tend to expect a number of nasty response I might have and sometimes play sub-optimally as a result. This deck has skyrocketed into being one of my favorite decks--although my playgroup has gotten very wary of it after it became clear how consistently it can win. Often it requires a group effort to stop me from taking over the game, and even then it sometimes isn't enough.
